HOW TO LOGIN AS A PARENT
- Enter a parent email address registered in your child's account.
- Make sure the parent verification box is checked
- Click [Request Access Token]
- This page will reload asking you to enter your access token code *
- KEEP THIS PAGE/TAB OPENED.
- In a NEW browser TAB or WINDOW, go to your inbox or open your default mail application
- Look in your inbox for an email from our system with your access token code **
- Copy the access token code sent to you
- Come back to this window/tab and paste the access token code in the proper input below
- Click the [Log In to Parent Dashboard] button
* Access tokens are valid for 24 hours after creation. After this period, tokens are automatically revoked and you will need to request a new access token to login to parent dashboard.
** If you don't see the email from our system with your access token, check your spam folder to see if it was incorrectly flagged as spam.
